Job Summary
One You Love Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
As a caregiver, you'll help clients maintain their independence while providing companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities. If you're passionate about making a difference and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Help clients with mobility and safe transfers
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
- Offer medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition
- Follow individualized care plans and infection control procedures
- Clock in/out electronically and complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home care, hospital, assisted living, or nursing home experience preferred
- HHA or CNA certification preferred (or applicable state certification)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (if transporting clients)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods as needed

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
